SAN FRANCISCO, CA – In a rarely documented moment, a fin-tech start-up CEO drew comparisons to some of the most notorious leaders of the 20th century by creating a workplace environment strikingly similar to that of a cult.
In a recent Wall Street Journal piece, Adam Richards, CEO of HardBank, was credited with creating a corporate culture unparalleled in his industry.
“His employees are mesmerized by his charisma and blindly follow his every word, we need more of that,” stated VC investor Jeremy Akins. “Anytime I see a leader with unquestioned loyalty by their followers, I invest,” continued Akins.
