TORONTO, ON – Bell Media Inc. has successfully won an exhaustive legal battle to deliver Canadian television ads during the Super Bowl.

“This decision will help Bell Media provide viewers with classic Canadian ads everyone tunes in to see.”

“We could not be happier with the Supreme Court’s decision,” stated Bell Media President Randy Lennox. “This decision will help Bell Media provide viewers with classic Canadian ads everyone tunes in to see.”

Bell Media has been fighting with the CRTC for years to overturn a ruling that forced the broadcaster to provide customers with content they actually wanted to see.

“I’m personally excited to see the same moderately humorous Loblaws commercial 14 times during the Super Bowl,” continued Lennox.

Bell Media also said customers can expect to see two slightly different, yet heartwarming, Tim Horton’s ads every other commercial break.
