HALIFAX, NS – An equal opportunity activist group is pushing for eliminating all forms of discrimination in the hiring process.
The group is promoting diversity in the workplace by insisting companies must hire based on observable and physical attributes of candidates.
Executives, attempting to limit controversy surrounding their company's hiring practices, are confused by the activist group's demands.
“Look, you cannot in any way accurately assess a candidate based on how they look, especially when it comes to their race or gender,” stated Lilly Chesterfield, a leading activist who demanded we publish that her pronouns are she/her.
"All we're saying is that instead of discriminating against someone, hire them solely because of their skin colour and sex," she continued.

When asked about how a company is supposed to not hire based on gender or race while simultaneously only hiring based on gender and race, Chesterfield accused us of challenging her opinion from a position of privilege and ended the interview.
